Your first visit is a chance to understand your story in depth. We’ll explore your mental health history, current concerns, sleep, routines, physical health, and previous treatment. Relevant medical records or lab results may also be reviewed.
Together, we’ll consider what may be contributing to your symptoms and discuss a personalized plan. Depending on your needs, next steps may include medication recommendations, supportive strategies, and practical lifestyle adjustments.

50 min
This extended visit offers more time to explore your progress and the challenges affecting your well-being. Medication management can be combined with supportive psychotherapy and discussion of daily habits, coping skills, and life changes.
We’ll review what is helping, work through obstacles, and revisit your goals. The longer format gives us room for a more detailed conversation and thoughtful adjustments to your care plan.
An extended visit may be useful when several concerns need attention or you want more time to discuss symptoms, coping strategies, and treatment decisions. Visit type is based on your clinical needs and availability.

25 min
A focused follow-up for ongoing medication management. We’ll review your symptoms, response to treatment, side effects, and any changes in your health or routine since your last visit.
Together, we’ll discuss whether to continue or adjust your plan and reinforce practical habits that support your goals. Regular check-ins help keep your care responsive as your needs change.
